BILL DUVALL'S PERSONAL TRAINING

Our training sessions are packaged in the most effective way to reach your training goals. We would be doing you an injustice if your realistic goals could be reached in 3 months and we set you up for a 6 month commitment, or if your realistic goal's require around 6 months and we sign you up for a 3 month commitment. 

Bill Duvall's Personal Training Programs:

"Totally Committed"      12 months            2, 3 or 4 times a week

 "The Committed"           6 months           2, 3 or 4 times a week   

"The Transformation"      3 months           2, 3 or 4 times a week  


The above programs are offered in 1 hour and 30 minute sessions depending on you overall needs.
We also offer Semi-Private training sessions for up to 4 people as well. 
                      

LEVEL 1 KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP
(4 hours)

Kettlebell Safety

- Proper Use of the Kettlebell

- Proper Swing, Get Up, and Goblet Squat Technique

- Introduction to Suspension Training (A great tool to use with kettlebell training!)

- Incorporating These Techniques into Your Workout

It wouldn't be right without a workout as well! Dress Appropriately.


LEVEL 2 KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP 
(4 hours)

- Brief Review and Critique of Swing, Get Up, and Goblet Squat Techniques

- Proper Clean, Press, Snatch Techniques

-Taking the Suspension System to the Next Level

Finish off with a workout, of course!
