"I had been introduced to KB while at Fitness Ridge by a fellow RKC. I was reccommended to Bill when I returned to Reno. I hit it off with Bill immediately. I started with Bill Duvall’s Personal Training last May as I was unhappy at another facility. What a difference! Bill and Jason run a boot camp that is well thought out and maximizes the hour for a total body workout. There is lots of variety and intensity that makes it fun (most of the time!!). I also work with Jason on a semi-private training level. The results are great – I have lost 10 pounds over a few months, but more importantly, my overall health has improved and my body shape is starting to change. I look forward to losing another 20 pounds based on the right workout that is tailored for me. I’ve been in Bill and Jason’s Bootcamp for just over a year now. Wow, what a great challenge it has been, hard work but so rewarding. Boot camp for me has been the best motivator; I feel better about myself and have more energy and who wouldn’t want that! They know how to make class fun, everyday has variety no more boring exercise routines! We never know what is in store for us, but we know it will be a good, hard workout. I came to Bill five months ago, when I wanted to find a boot camp that would be a great workout and get my body into shape. It would have to be indoors, since it was getting cold and I knew I would use the weather (cold or hot) as an excuse not to head out, when given the opportunity. A friend of mine found Renobootcamp.com and we checked it out. So here I am, five months later, absolutely hooked. Bill's workouts are so addicting that "not showing up" is not an option. His personality is positive and encouraging, perfect to get you over that threshold for pushing yourself just a bit harder. The classes are small, which allows Bill to give everyone a lot of personal attention. He is always adjusting a stance or movement, to make sure that we are focusing on the right muscles and not injuring ourselves. Bill's knowledge of our anatomy is a tremendous asset, as he literally shapes our bodies and helps us prevent injuries, which are so easy to get when working out hard. Having all the tools available to achieve that awesome workout in a professional setting makes the actual workout great for all levels. The camaraderie in the class is fantastic and really helps us get over the "I can not do one more" mindset. From beginners to advanced, everyone seems to cheer and help each other to the next level. I love fitting back into my skinny jeans (my husband loves that too), and must say I just thrive on the strength and endurance increase that is only improving. I took the kettlebell Level 1 session with Bill and it was awesome! Bill really knows his stuff when it comes to kettlebells and overall body fitness.
