We are heading into week 3 of bootcamp. Everyone has done a great job and the points are adding up on each team. Who will win the team challenge?

Bootcampers we have good news

BOOTCAMPERS.....Because of all the sign ups this bootcamp we will be adding a Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm class starting next week. Good job the past two days and its great meeting all of our new bootcampers. See you friday!

Also we will be having a beginner kettlebell class this Saturday at 9:30. Free to all bootcampers and only 199.00 for non-bootcampers.

Great Breakfast idea

Here is a great breakfast idea. 4 Range fed whole eggs. Handful of broccoli, squash, zucchinni together and another handful of spinach. 1/2 Avocado to top it off. Cook your broccli, squash, zucchinni first. After a couple minutes throw that spinach in. Add your beatin eggs and scramble.  Feel free to scale it down to your caloric needs. Enjoy.

End of the year 75,000 meter Rower Challenge
