Here is a great breakfast idea. 4 Range fed whole eggs. Handful of broccoli, squash, zucchinni together and another handful of spinach. 1/2 Avocado to top it off. Cook your broccli, squash, zucchinni first. After a couple minutes throw that spinach in. Add your beatin eggs and scramble. Feel free to scale it down to your caloric needs. Enjoy.
